About Ex Onc

Conventional cancer treatment is necessary in treating and curing disease. However, conventional treatment often causes its own issues and side effects that can be combated. Additionally, many studies reveal the importance of overall health both during and after cancer treatment. Exercise Oncology provides patients an opportunity to take their health into their own hands through evidence-based exercise programs to offset treatment side effects, improve their overall health, improve how they look and feel, and potential help improve their chances of cure. Exercise Oncology applies evidence-based recommendations for building muscle, modifying diet and enhancing body composition to reduce treatment side effects, manage symptoms, improve overall quality of life and reduce cancer recurrence.

Our Team

Exercise Oncology applies nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle interventions from evidence-based recommendations for building muscle, improving strength and balance, raising functional capacity, and enhancing body composition to reduce treatment side effects, manage symptoms, improve overall quality of life and reduce cancer recurrence.
